Rowena

Raised almost literally on the beach in San Diego, Row lives in Pacific Beach (“PB”) just a few blocks from where she learned to surf. She is an avid traveler as well as hosting other travelers most of her life, so starting her own vacation rental company was a natural fit. She spent 25 years in Silicon Valley and another 5 years in France, affording her opportunities like riding a dog sled to the Ice Hotel in the Arctic Circle and canoeing through bat caves in Thailand. She has two adult sons, one in Denver, the other in Amsterdam, and she’s happy they have the travel bug too. Row loves meeting other travelers and sharing her knowledge of San Diego, local activities, great restaurants … and good wine.

Cameron

Cam fell in love with Alaska on his first visit in the late 70s.  He claimed residency nearly 45 years ago, from Homer to Cordova, and raised his two boys in Anchorage where he now lives.  He’s an avid skier and played ice hockey for years, including coaching his kids’ teams, but his first love is rugby.  He’s traveled and played rugby all over Alaska, Canada, the lower 48 and almost every continent with rugby teams, New Zealand being one of his favorite countries, though he claims it has little to do with the All Blacks.

Cam ran the trains for Princess Cruises from Anchorage to Fairbanks for years before managing the plant at Alaska Sausage and Seafood in downtown Anchorage.  Along with the customer service parts of his jobs, he knows and loves Alaska, so sharing it with others is a natural fit.  (If you play or follow rugby, even better!)  From fishing to hunting to winter sports and sightseeing, Cam’s knowledge of Alaska and contacts in the tourism industry ensure he’s ready to make your plans for the Last Frontier an adventure of a lifetime!

Originally from Porto Alegre, Brazil, Ludmilla is our Social Media Consultant who helps spread our “lose the Shoes!” philosophy. She holds a Bachelors degree in Communications/Public Relations since 2012. Her passion for Social Media is a key element in her life, including successfully creating and managing an Instagram account featuring her own pets, @CooperandCharlie_Co. Born and raised in one of the most beautiful tropical countries in the world, she currently lives in Denver while staying true to her love of the beach - Ludmilla is the perfect fit for the team.
